This is not the young Louis XV11 as the painter died in 1785 when Louis XV11 was only a baby. This the fist son on Louis XV1. Louis Joseph.

I agree with the comment made in 2012. This is Louis Joseph. Louis XVI first son for the reasons mentioned above.
